How far in advance should I book for graduation season?
May and June weekends fill up fast — especially Fridays and Sundays. We recommend booking 3–6 weeks ahead. Call 917-388-0908 to check availability for your date.
Can you handle a large graduation party (30+ guests)?
Yes, large parties are our specialty. Parties of 30+ adults also qualify for our 15% group discount (not valid on Saturdays or holidays). Mention the promo when booking.
Do you provide tables, chairs, and plates?
We bring the grill, tools, chef, and all ingredients. You provide the tables, chairs, plates, and utensils. We'll send a short checklist after booking so nothing is missed.
How much space do we need in the backyard?
A flat outdoor space about 8 feet by 10 feet works perfectly for the grill setup. Driveways, patios, decks, and backyards all work — we just need clearance and ventilation.
What about kids and teen graduates?
Kids under 12 are $30 (Silver) or $40 (Gold). We can adjust portions, dial back the spice, and the chef typically tones the show for younger crowds. Teens love the flame tricks.
What if it rains on the party day?
We can set up under a covered patio, an open garage, or a tent. If your space doesn't have weather coverage, we'll work with you to reschedule — no deposit lost.
Do you accept credit cards?
We are a cash-only business. Payment is due in full when the chef arrives — no deposit, no upfront charge.
Where exactly do you serve?
All of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. If you're near a major metro (NYC, Long Island, Westchester, Newark, Jersey Shore, Hartford, Philadelphia), we cover you.
