PLEASE NOTE: Hibachi On Call, including its agents, employees, directors, and representatives, is not responsible for any property damage that may occur during an event hosted at the Licensee’s (Host’s) premises.
For the purposes of this notice, “property damage” refers to any harm or damage to real or personal property at the location where the Hibachi On Call event is being held.
By booking an event, the Licensee (Host) and their guests agree to waive any and all claims against Hibachi On Call for any loss, damage, or destruction of property, regardless of the cause.
This waiver serves as a full release of liability for any such incidents that may occur before, during, or after the Hibachi On Call event.

Thank you for choosing Hibachi Oncall for your private catering event! To ensure a seamless experience, here’s what to expect after placing your order:
- Deposit: Once you submit your order, our team will contact you by phone to confirm your booking and collect a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
- Food Order Collection: During the call, we’ll discuss your menu preferences and collect your food order details, including protein choices (e.g., chicken, steak, shrimp, or tofu) and any dietary restrictions. Final selections must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your event.
- Travel Fee: Depending on your event location, a travel fee may apply for distances beyond our standard service area. We’ll provide a clear quote for any applicable travel fees during our call to ensure full transparency.

Terms & Conditions
48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduled parties or guests will be charged a fee of $200.00. If it rains, customer is required to provide some type of covering for the chef to cook under so they can stay dry. We can cook under tents and patios. The customer is responsible for canceling due to inclement weather within 48 hours of your party.
