How much does your service cost?
Hibachi On Call service costs $55 per person, with a $550 minimum per party. All fees except gratuity and travel are included.
What if you don't have 10 people?
The $550 minimum still applies. You will receive equivalent food value for your payment amount.
What time will the chef arrive?
The chef will arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your reservation time. Setup takes only minutes.
Do you set up tables and chairs?
We provide the chef, grill, food, sake, and entertainment. You provide utensils, tables, chairs, plates, and drinks.
Do you cook inside homes?
Our team is trained for indoor and outdoor cooking. For indoor events, please remove smoke detector batteries and cover sprinklers.
Do you cook with nuts or sesame products?
No, our food does not contain any nuts or sesame products. Please notify us of other allergies.
Can you accommodate Gluten Free?
Yes. Please provide your own gluten-free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce so we can prepare separately.
What if someone does not eat meat?
Tofu substitutes are available at no price change, supplemented with extra vegetables, salad, and noodles.
Can the customer provide their own proteins?
Due to insurance and pricing requirements, we do not cook any outside protein or food.
How can I make a reservation?
Book through our website. Parties of 30+ guests should book two reservations for the same date and time.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours notice is required for cancellations or a $200 fee applies. Rain requires customer-provided shelter.
